Before the World Cup 2010 draw was announced, England were already one of the favourites to lift the cup. However, they have been draw into what would seem to be a very weak group which favours them even more.

Algeria, Slovenia and the USA should pose no real threat to a full strength England squad and few can see them failing at the group stage.
